A simple lifestyle experiment:
Every day, for 30 days, I will go to the climbing gym.
During and by the end of the experiment I am interested to see:
- How my fitness changes.
- How much of a "climbing social life" I have.
- How my skill level improves.
- If I still like climbing.
- If I was able to climb every day, or if on some days I went to the gym but didn't climb because I was too sore or hurt.
This experiment will span three cities: Portland (where I am now), Seattle (1 day), and Los Angeles (for the last week).
Mostly, I plan to be bouldering. This is because my gym in Portland is a bouldering-only gym, and because often I'll be going to the gym by myself, so I won't have a belay partner.
